Refund policy

Returns
We do not accept returns as they are food items.

Once the product leaves our store, we are not responsible for its handling, spilling or deforming. It is solely the responsibility of the customer picking up the product.

Gift cards are non returnable

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • If product is damaged or spilled by our delivery person.


Refunds

Refunds are processed when

  • Order is cancelled 48 hours before its due.
  • Order has not been processed yet.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
